    1. Product overview  

     
    GCK switchgear full name GCK indoor withdrawable low-voltage switchgear.
     
    GCK switchgear is based on the standard design drawings of Tianjin Electric Transmission Research Institute, the focal point of the national low-voltage industry, combined with our experience in manufacturing rooms.
     
    This equipment conforms to the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC439-1 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", China's GB7251-1997 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", China's national standards and machinery industry association JB/T9661-1999 standard content, and in line with CQC's CCC national compulsory certification standard. 
     
    2. Product use
     
    It is used for power reception, feeding, reactive power compensation, energy measurement, lighting and centralized control of motors in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings of power systems.
     
    3. Environmental conditions of product use
     
    (1) The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 °C, not less than -5 °C, and its average temperature is not higher than +35 °C within 24 hours.
     
    (2) The ambient air temperature is +40 °C, the relative temperature does not exceed 50%, and the higher relative temperature at the lower temperature, such as +20 °C, the temperature is allowed to be 90%, but it should be examined
     
    It is considered that condensation may occur due to temperature changes.
     
    (3) For indoor use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000M.
     
    (4) It should be installed in a place where there is no severe vibration and impact to make the electrical components corroded.
     

    This equipment is suitable for power plants, substations, large buildings, high-rise buildings, airports, hospitals, theaters, stadiums, ports, underground facilities, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. It is used for power generation, feeding, and motor control in AC 380V systems below 2000KVA.

    Product structure features:

     

    The basic frame of GCK is a combined assembly structure, all structural parts of the cabinet frame are galvanized, sprayed with plastic, connected to each other by dowel fastening to form a basic cabinet frame, and then added doors, baffles, partitions, flexion, mounting brackets, busbars and electrical components and other parts as needed to assemble into a complete control center cabinet. The structure of this cabinet has the following characteristics:

     

    1. Cabinet shelf

     

    The cabinet frame is assembled from C profile, and the special supporting parts of the cabinet frame parts are supplied by the company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.

     

    a. The molding size, opening size, and equipment interval of parts are modularized.

     

    b. The internal structural parts are galvanized.

     

    c. The top cover of the cabinet body is foldable, and the top cover can be removed.

     

    d. The outside is phosphated; then electrostatic epoxy powder is sprayed.

     

    e. The cabinet frame is pided into three mutually isolated sections: busbar room, functional unit room and cable room, which can prevent the spread of accidents and facilitate live maintenance.

     

    2. Functional unit (flexion part)

     

    a. Functional unit: feed unit, motor unit, common power supply unit.

     

    b. The height modulus of the extraction unit is 200mm, which is pided into five size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 unit, 2 unit and 3 unit. The rated current of the unit loop is 630A or less.

     

    c. Each MCC cabinet can be installed with up to 9 one-unit drawers or 18 1/2-unit drawers.

     

    d. The door panel of the isolation room is mechanically interlocked with the extraction by the operating mechanism of the main switch, and the extraction cannot be withdrawn when the main switch is in the closed position.

     

    e. The operating mechanism of the main switch can be locked in the closing or opening position with a padlock, which can safely carry out the maintenance of electrical equipment.

     

    f. The back of the functional unit has a main circuit burst wire plug, an auxiliary circuit secondary plug and a grounding plug.

     

    g. The grounding plug makes the extraction in the connection position of the separation test, which ensures the continuity of the protection circuit.

     

    h. The functional unit compartment is separated by a metal partition.

     

    i. The flap in the compartment automatically opens and closes as the extraction advances and pulls out, so that the vertical busbar is not touched in the large compartment.

     

    J. The flexion unit adopts a rotary spreading mechanism, which has a three-position function, and the operation is simple and reliable.

     

    k. Description of the suction operation mechanism

     

    The extraction and thrusting mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the mechanism) adopts the movement mode of the dowel trajectory along the positioning part to realize the advancement and extraction of the functional unit, and in the process of the promotion and extraction of the functional unit, the three-position display and mechanical interlock and the reverse electrical interlock can be retrograde when the test position of the micro switch is equipped to avoid personal or equipment accidents and meet the relevant national and industry standards. This product is small in size and flexible in installation. Reliable performance.

     

    3. Busbar system

     

    a. The vertical busbar is closed with polycarbonate plastic shell.

     

    b. GCK, bus system adopts three-phase four-wire system, three-phase five-wire system, horizontal busbar installed on the top of the cabinet, N line, PE line can be installed on the top of the cabinet, can also be installed in the lower part of the cabinet.

     

    c. The three-phase horizontal busbar adopts copper busbar, which has high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation.
